The Durham Museum
GREAT HALL-oween Haunt at The Durham Museum

Tuesday, October 29, 2013 5:00PM – 7:00PM
Calling all ghosts and goblins!  Join The Durham Museum and WOWT Channel 6 for a spooktacular evening full of thrills and chills at Omaha’s home to haunts, Union Station. Brave souls can trick-or-treat with some curious and colorful figures from the past, learn how zombies keep their look fresh with make-up tips from the pros, and – if you so dare – venture down the “fright” elevator to the home of our “Creepy Curator.” There’s a reason we keep her in the basement!  Of course, don’t miss the opportunity to face your fears in Goose Bumps! The Science of Fear from the California Science Center. These are just a few of the treats that are in store but there are other tricks up our sleeves! The first 500 children will receive a free trick-or-treat bag and of course there are extra goodies for those in costume! What are you afraid of? It’s the perfect evening of frightening fun to get you ready for Halloween!
